Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with a product, or your order doesn't arrive, we at Green Eyed Creeper will do our best to have the problem sorted, with your needs met first. 

We understand how frustrating it is when an order goes missing and doesn't turn up. If an order doesn't turn up in appropriate time from dispatch (weekends, bank holidays and festive seasons may effect this), we will offer you a full refund or the option to have the item resent. 

If you are not happy with your order, we will make sure you get your money back.

Orders over £20 may need to be returned to us in some circustances. We offer payment for postage in this case, and will send this upon receiving the returned item, and after we receive a postage receipt as proof for the cost.
